Job Duties
- Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, servers, and related systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular system backups, and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls for various IT resources.
- Respond promptly to system outages, incidents, and technical support requests from users.
- Keep software and operating systems up to date with patches and security updates.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on system usage and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and IT inventory.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.
- Proficiency in administering Windows and/or Linux-based systems.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and firewall configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
