Project Q

The Q is the conversion of an existing office building in Frankfurt into a serviced apartment concept, introducing a new residential use within an established urban structure. The project focuses on the transformation of the building to accommodate compact, fully equipped units tailored to flexible, short- and long-term stays.

The redevelopment required a comprehensive reorganization of the internal layout and building systems to meet residential standards, while integrating shared functions such as a restaurant and additional amenities that support everyday use.

BWK Engineers provided MEP design services across LPH 2–6, covering a wide range of technical disciplines. The scope included the complete reconfiguration of building services, ensuring reliable operation, user comfort, and seamless integration within the adapted structure.
